Work orders are for stream lining the repair process, saving you time by not having to fill out the repair form for single issues.
- Simply choose the single work order you need and add it to your cart.
- Continue to checkout and make sure not to remove the coupon code.
⚠️If you remove it and get charged for shipping it will not be refunded. - Once you check out you will be presented with a download for the mail-in ready checklist. Be sure to follow it to ensure that your device arrives to UnBorked unharmed. You are responsible for mailing in your device, if it arrives damaged due to poor packaging UnBorked is not liable.
- After the device is repaired you will be presented with an invoice. You must pay the invoice before we send your device back to you. Failure to communicate after 60 days of the invoice creation date will result in your device being considered abandoned and will become property of UnBorked.
